Most fire pits sold online arrive without a listing mark, with a hose that can rest against the burner, and with media that can pop. That is how the recalls happen — CPSC has pulled tens of thousands of units for exactly those three faults.
We only stock units with a third-party listing to ANSI Z21.97-2017 / CSA 2.41, a thermocouple that cuts gas when the flame dies, and a heat shield between the hose and the burner. Boring engineering, which is the point.

What we check before a unit is listed
The listing mark is real
We search the certifier's own directory by manufacturer and model — CSA, Intertek, UL or LabTest. A PDF in a quotation is not a listing.
Gas stops with the flame
A thermocouple or flame-sensing shut-off is mandatory on every gas unit. No sensor, no listing, regardless of price.
The hose cannot touch the burner
Heat-damaged hoses are the single most common defect in fire table recalls. We check routing and shielding on the sample, not the drawing.
We do not publish star ratings yet. This brand is new, and inventing reviews is both illegal in the U.S. and useless to you. Verified reviews go up as orders actually ship — until then, check the certificate and the spec sheet yourself.
